Size: 4" long (left to right) x 2.5" high (top to bottom) x 1/8" thick Laser engraved and cut
 
** How To Order **
1: Choose design option from the drop down menu, see photo for options
2: If choosing custom name option please use the personalization section to write out the name you want to see on your plaque.
 
Please note spacing and capitalization as we will be using the copy and paste method to avoid errors. Therefore please write the name you require EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on the plaque.
Noting: option 2 is capitals only.
 
Plaques are intended for use as a photo prop only, this is not a toy, please supervise children/babies while near/ using product
